• Return shipping costs are not covered by JustCreatine unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

• For any approved returns, items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to an address within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason — no justification needed.

To qualify:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them.

• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
